Returns and Shipping
-Returns accepted for refund within 14 days of the original purchase date
-Please contact us to initiate a return email@example.com. Please include your order number, which item(s) you wish to return, and why (wrong size, wrong fit, etc.). We will email you a prepaid shipping label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
-With your order confirmation in hand, in store returns are accepted at no cost to you.
-Returns must be unworn, unwashed, have the tags on and include the original packing slip.
-Expect 7-10 days processing time for our staff to initiate the return.
-Refunds will appear on your account in 3-5 days depending on how your banking institution handles refunds.
-The refund will be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
-If there is damage to the garment, make up or perfume present we will not accept the return.
Our goal is to ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
FREE IN STORE PICK UP
(Curbside pick up is available during our current closure-due to COVID 19. We will email you to coordinate a pick up time.)
We would love to see your beautiful face, feel free to come in and pick up your order during regular business hours. Select “Free In Store Pick Up” at time of check out.
Your shiny new things should reach you within 2-7 days after leaving our store, depending on your location.
The tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped.
